Beyond Velveeta: Discovering award-winning Minnesota cheeses » Salad with Gorgonzola

I often add Gorgonzola to a salad that also includes fresh pears and dried cranberries and sometimes chicken and cashews. I top it with a light raspberry vinaigrette dressing.
