Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.– Hebrews 12:2

Very nice post for today. Thank you.
Thank you. I decided that Good Friday deserved this post. Next week I’ll resume “Minnesota Faces.”
Hebrews 12:2 – what a powerful verse. This year I have been meditating on the ‘humbling’ aspect of the cross. Very humbling indeed.
I searched for a verse that is perhaps lesser-known among Good Friday scripture.
Humbling is a good focus. Have a blessed Easter, Marilyn!
Wishing you and your family a very happy Easter, Audrey and yes, we can never be too complacent about the price Christ paid for our sins xx
His was a great sacrifice.
Have a most joyous and blessed Easter with your family, too, Charlie!
I thank Him everyday…. He, who was without sin, died for ours! Such an amazing sacrifice! Happy Easter Audrey!
And that message was presented in a powerful way at our Good Friday worship service.
A most blessed Easter to you, too, my dear friend!
Thanks for sharing the Word of the Lord with your readers
The blessings of Easter to you
You are welcome, Sue. I hope you’ve had a blessed and joyous Easter.
