Sacred art can move thought to contemplate the scene depicted. It is also educational while exposing a biblical passage and of course gives rise to the artist to show talent.
My favorites are always stained glass. I can spend a long time looking at the delicate passage of light through the glass. A look at a stained glass can remain in my memory for a long time.
